Our
Childrens' Farm is the ideal place to get close to some familiar
and some less familiar friends!
Every
spring we have chicks of all kinds hatching from the incubators:
like the rhea chick seen in the picture to the left. Rheas are members
of the ratite family and are a smaller the South American cousin
of the ostrich.
The Farmyard
includes an area with rabbits and guinea pigs and aviaries for small
birds. It is also the winter home for our reindeer.
